We don't have a topic for this meeting, although we do have some important issues to discuss regarding schedules for next year, the nature of our group (the possibility of becoming a 2600 hybrid group), etc. Aside from that we'll probably catch up on current events in Linux and eat some pizza.

I (Josh/Yoda) will be giving a mini-presentation on Roundcube, the up and coming IMAP webmail client, and why you should consider replacing Squirrelmail or other software with it in the future.

If we have time I may also touch on logahead, a very simple, yet advanced blog system.

Topic: File Your Own Freedom of Information Act Requests! -- A Workshop

Guest speaker Prof. Athan G. Theoharis, editor of "Culture of Secrecy" and author of many other books and publications, will be on hand to explain the history and process of FOIA, share his experiences, and answer any questions you may have. Prof. Theoharis is considered one of the top experts in the nation on the FBI and its history.

As a starting point, review the information at this website before the meeting and try to develop a basic understanding of the process and think about what questions you may want to ask.
